1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions or personal dislike
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@bhramritaluxe.com within 48 hours
- Share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Issue description
- Our team will verify and approve the request within 2–3 business days
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable).
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
a. Prepaid Orders
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
b. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer / UPI
- Customer must provide correct payment details
4. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement instead of refund in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased under clearance or special sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Reverse pickup may be free only in approved defective cases
